Shipping Policy

Purchased items will be processed within 2-4 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS calculated rate. Expedited shipping is available at Checkout.

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS should take 2-7 business days from shipment to delivery if shipping within the United States.
International shipping should take 7-14 business days or less depending on carrier selected and shipping method selected at checkout. 
UPS does not ship to USPS P.O. Boxes. 

Where’s my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the USPS or UPS first scan to delivery day.You  can also use our track your order:
When your order is shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the carrier UPS or USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the carrier’s possession. It’s the carrier responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. 
There may be occasions such as holidays and unforeseen events where the average delivery time frame is extended.We are Not responsible for carrier related delays. 
Please make the necessary arrangements to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received. 
Feel free, to sign up for an account on or to obtain information of the delivery of your package, and you can view where and when they arrive. You also have the option to make changes to delivery location.

Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender

Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.Shipping cost will be constumer responsible to re-ship the item/s.Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  

We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received due to incomplete or incorrect address. 

Crush Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged ítems that are in carriers possession. Please File a claim with the mail carrier.
