- All orders shipped via UPS Ground or USPS should take 2-7 business days from shipment to delivery if shipping within the United States.
- Expedited orders are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
- It’s the carrier responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
- No refund or credit will be provided for shipping cost for packages not received by the carrier listed date.
- International shipping should take 7-14 business days or less depending on carrier selected and shipping method selected at checkout.
- UPS does not ship to USPS P.O. Boxes.

- When your order is shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the carrier UPS or USPS for further information.

Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender
- Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
- We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received due to incomplete, incorrect address or any shipping/delivery issues.
- Packages returned to us can be re shipped to customers once customer is notified and in agreement. The shipping cost will be customers responsible to re-ship the package.
- Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address or shipping/delivery issues will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost. Unless request for package/s to be reshipped.
