Return Policy
Crush Boutique offers return for STORE credit only that you can use towards a future purchase. Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- You have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you.Please do not return an item/s unless it has been Approved via the Return Center.
- To start a return, click here https://www.crushboutique.net/a/returns. If you return isn’t going through be sure to check that it’s not over the 7 day after your purchase was received. If so, your order is Not eligible for a return.
- Once your return is approved Item/s must be Returned within 7 days otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a 15% restocking fee deduction from your store credit.
- Items purchased on clearance sale, promotions and reduced price/discounted items, with store cred is final sale with No exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
- Customer will be responsible for all returned shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Crush Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day.
- Crush Boutique will Not Exchange any item(s), at this time.
- Once your return is submitted via our online return center it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning.
Final Sale Items
- Discounted Items and items purchased on clearance sale, promotions, reduced price items, coupon code is Final sale with No exchange or return ilegible. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
- All swimwear, undergarments, intimate items, face mask, Belts, hats, accessories, All Items purchase with a gift card/store credit are Final Sale.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Store Credit
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will notify you of store credit approval or disapproval. If approved, you’ll receive an email with a gift card for your store credit with 24-48 hours.
Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender
- Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.Shipping cost will be costumers responsible to re-ship the item/s.Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
- We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received due to incomplete or incorrect address.
