Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with a gift card for your store credit with 24-48 hours.
Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender
Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.Shipping cost will be costumers responsible to re-ship the item/s.Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
We are not responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED" but have not been received due to incomplete or incorrect address.
